3) SITE VISIT
Once the virtual estimate confirms the project is viable and we're aligned on costs, we'll arrange a site visit. This gives us a chance to meet in person, inspect your current set up and site conditions, review stove options, and discuss the finer details so we can prepare a truely bespoke quotation.

5) BOOKING
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll agree a date that suits you. Straightforward installations can often be completed in a single day, while projects involving fireplace alterations or building work may take a little longer. We’ll always set realistic timescales so you know exactly what to expect.
6) INSTALLATION
On installation day, our team arrives promptly, protects your home, and gets to work. We handle everything - from chimney liners and hearths to surrounds and the stove itself. We work cleanly and efficiently, leaving your home tidy and your new stove fully installed and ready to enjoy.
7) CERTIFICATION
& AFTERCARE
Every installation is signed off to current Building Regulations and you’ll receive a HETAS certificate for your records. We’re also on hand afterwards for advice on using your stove, choosing fuel,
and arranging servicing when the time comes.
